Fern Recruitment was established by Nick Lewis, a seasoned recruitment professional who entered the industry in 1997.
With over 25 years of experience, Nick has worked across a wide variety of sectors, including Environmental, Building Services, Public Sector, IT, and Sales. His extensive expertise spans a range of recruitment services, from running assessment days to leading bespoke ‘key hire’ projects and managing large-scale contingency recruitment campaigns.
Over the years, Nick has successfully placed candidates at all levels—from graduates to senior management and director roles.
Nick’s approach to recruitment is built on a foundation of honesty and integrity, ensuring that every client and candidate receives a transparent, professional, and tailored service. He takes great pride in representing Fern Recruitment, always striving to uphold the highest industry standards and deliver exceptional results consistently.
Outside of his professional life, Nick is an active member of the Midlands hockey leagues, regularly playing at club and district level. He is an outdoor enthusiast, frequently taking to the open road in his beloved VW Camper Van with his family and Tibetan Terrier Jess, visiting some of the UK’s most beautiful natural landscapes.
